Dr. Anne Desneiges, DC. SEP

"I've been a neurologically-focussed chiropractor for over 28 years.

My mission is to support individuals who are ready to experience life in a new way. By releasing tension and guiding the nervous system out of a fight-or-flight state into restoration, the body is better able to heal from a wide range of challenges. Somatic Experiencing helps the nervous system process unresolved events, emotions, and trauma that may have become stuck in the body during times of crisis—and may still be affecting your well-being today.

I draw on a range of techniques to support both you and your nervous system, helping you build a deeper connection with your body, mind, and emotions—and learn how to work with them in a more integrated, supportive way. These techniques are very gentle yet have profound effects.

If this resonates with you, book a New Patient Visit online and let’s begin creating meaningful change in your life".

“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself” ~ Rumi

This is Bear!
Bear is our Inner Ocean greeter - like at Walmart.
He may be sitting at the front door, ready to say "hi" and make you happy by letting you pet him. "It's good for your nervous system" he says  😉

However, if you do not like dogs, please let me know. He's perfectly happy in the backyard as well.

Details for the new home office

Public Bathroom - the bathroom is on the second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, hip or balance issues, I would recommend to stop at one of the many Tim Horton's if you need a bathroom break before your appointment.

If the Inner Ocean sign is out, the door will be open. There is a waiting room if you are early, however, please mind your voice level.

Parking: There is a driveway that fits one car. If it is open, please feel free to park there. Otherwise, there's free street parking (both sides of the street).

Directions: From the city, take Exit 6. Turn Left after the on-ramp and then your first Left. Google Map calls this Evangeline Trail, but it is also King St. The house will be on the right side of the street - 266 King Street, Windsor, NS

From the valley: Exit 6, turn Right after the on-ramp then your first Left, as above.

Payments:  Cash, Debit and e-transfers. For longer appointments, direct billing may be possible.

Contact: Email is the easiest: info@innerocean.ca or our new phone 902-333-6754. This is a cell number that you can also text.  Voicemails will be returned when time allows.
