Reflexology is based on the premise that there are reflex points in the feet, hands and ears corresponding via nerve pathways of the nervous system to all parts of the body.  Through stimulation of these reflexes, the body is assisted to return to natural functioning.
 
Reflexology primarily eases tension, helps reduce stress and improves blood and lymph circulation, assists in the elimination of toxins and strengthening of the immune system by promoting the body's natural healing processes.

Biotherapeutic Drainage
Biotherapeutic Drainage utilizes gentle homeopathic remedies that are diluted to work specifically on the organs of the body. If the ‘terrain’ is healthy and well balanced, then health follows. Instead of adding drugs or chemicals to an imbalanced organ, we seek to drain the organ and restore its healthy foundation. A good analogy is a garden: if your crop is falling susceptible to pests, instead of using pesticides, you would look at your soil and why are your plants not healthy enough to protect themselves naturally.
